By a decree issued by Dr. Masoud Tajrishi, President of Sharif University of Technology, Dr. Ammar Safaei Nematollahi has been appointed as Director of Strategic Studies and Organizational Transformation within the Center for Strategic Planning and Resource Development for a two-year term, effective February 15, 2026.
The Strategic Studies and Organizational Transformation Unit is responsible for supporting the development and revision of strategic plans, examining major institutional and managerial issues, contributing to the improvement of organizational processes, and providing analytical recommendations aimed at enhancing the University's efficiency and effectiveness.
Working closely with the University's vice presidencies, schools, research institutes, and administrative units, the Unit plays a significant role in identifying organizational challenges, analyzing developmental trends, supporting strategic decision-making processes, and facilitating the implementation of organizational transformation initiatives.
