Strategic Initiatives
The Center for Strategic Planning and Resource Development supports the University’s senior management, aligns institutional plans, improves resource efficiency, and strengthens data-driven decision-making. The Center’s mission is pursued through three specialized units, each covering part of the University’s planning, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and organizational transformation cycle.

Resource Development and Budgeting

The Resource Development and Budgeting Unit works to organize the funding, allocation, and monitoring of the University’s resources. By developing operational and strategic budgets, improving resource allocation mechanisms, and providing analytical reports, the unit supports more transparent and performance-based decision-making.

Planning, Performance Monitoring and Control

The Planning, Performance Monitoring and Control Unit supports strategic planning and improves the quality of decision-making across the University. By developing performance indicators, monitoring programs, and preparing analytical reports, the unit enables the University to track unit performance and follow up on the achievement of strategic objectives.

Strategic Studies and Organizational Transformation

The Strategic Studies and Organizational Transformation Unit focuses on improving the University’s structures, processes, and management mechanisms. By reviewing the organizational structure, monitoring new initiatives and working groups, and studying the experiences of other universities, the unit contributes to greater organizational agility and more informed decision-making.
