Dr. Moslem Habibi, faculty member of the Department of Industrial Engineering at Sharif University of Technology, has been appointed as Director of Planning, Monitoring and Performance Evaluation within the Center for Strategic Planning and Resource Development, effective February 2026.
The Planning, Monitoring and Performance Evaluation Unit is responsible for supporting the University's planning system, following up on operational plans, developing performance indicators, and preparing analytical reports to support managerial decision-making.
Working in collaboration with the University's schools, research institutes, vice presidencies, and other administrative units, the Unit plays an important role in the continuous monitoring of performance, identifying areas for improvement, and aligning operational plans with the University's strategic objectives.
